The
compartments of the roller peeling machine can carry larger
loads. -
The produce can be peeled more cleanly if peeled
for a
longer time. Only the leaves of the carrots have to be cut off the
peeled carrots. This can be done with our
"Top
and tail cutting plant" (section D.-15.6.5)
