Potatoes of largest possible size are cut into cubes, the outcome are also irregular pieces. The perfect cubes and the irregularly cut pieces will be fed into a DORNOW peeling machine. Only almost round small potatoes leave the machine. Considerable capacities can be achieved per hour.
