Photos of Trial Peeling of very Poor-Quality Potatoes

with DORNOW-"Radical"-Roller Peeling Machine (Section A, subsection 1.7).- These potatoes came from sorting systems. As raw produce, they cannot be sold for human consumption. As peeled potatoes they will regain some of their market value. A quick, "radical" peeling of these potatoes -  retaining their natural shape (to a large extent) - can be achieved with the above-mentioned peeling machines. 

Potatoes of very poor quality before peeling, discarded by commercial potato sorting facilities.

After the first, or partially after the second peeling procedure, discarded and blemished potatoes are again processed by the above mentioned machine. 

The finished product, made from worst-quality raw produce.
