We supplied the French canning factory "Leblanc" with a specially constructed roller peeling machine for peeling beetroot. The machine works in direct combination with a steam peeling plant. Depending on the season and the quality of the raw material, the goods to be peeled remain inside the steam peeling plant or in the roller peeling machine for a longer or shorter period of time.
