Belt Drying, Drying Tunnel (AAS 17) 

     

 

 

Peeled and cut tubers and root vegetables, even vegetables and fruit, can be dried in tray or shelf dryers, or in continuous tunnels.

Continous drying tunnels are only recommended for high capacities.
