Tray and Shelf dryers (6550 ff.) (AAS 17)

     

 




Peeled and cut tubers and root vegetables, even vegetables and fruit, can be dried in tray or shelf dryers or in continuous tunnels.

Continuous drying tunnels are only recommened for high capacities.
