Discontinuous Deep-Fat Fryers

 

Discontinuous deep-fat fryers are described in Section B, subsection 4.1 - Potato Chip (UK: crisps) Production Systems.

"Pellets" are small, pressed products available in different flavors and shapes, which quickly "explode" in hot oil. Packaging similar to potato chips (UK: crisps)
